We stayed at this hotel during the New Year celebration and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, close to the downtown area and with easy access to major highways. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. As a bonus, the room had a great view of the city skyline, which made it an ideal spot for watching the fireworks display. Additionally, the hotel offered a free breakfast, which was a great money saver for us.

However, there were a couple of downsides. One was the cleanliness of the room, which could have been better. The other was the noise level, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep due to hallway noise and other guests being loud. Despite these issues, we still enjoyed our time there and would consider coming back.

This hotel is conveniently located near a variety of dining and shopping options, making it easy to explore the local area. The room service was prompt and efficient, providing a great way to unwind after a busy day. The view from the hotel was stunning, with gorgeous scenery that made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. As a group of friends, we particularly enjoyed the leisure facilities, including the pool and fitness center, which provided a great way to stay active and have fun.

The cleanliness of the elevators left something to be desired.

Location was great for getting around and exploring different parts of the city. Received two complementary breakfast coupons as part of our stay, which was a nice touch. Also appreciated the on-site parking which made it easy to come and go as we pleased.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. We noticed a lot of dust in the corners and some stains on the bedding. The bathroom was also not up to par with some mold in the shower. Additionally, the staff wasn't very helpful with our requests for extra towels missing from our room and seemed put out when we asked. we were disappointed with our stay and wouldn't recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay, especially the complementary breakfast and coffee offered every morning. The hotel's location was convenient for us as it was close to several shopping and dining options. The staff was also friendly and helpful during our stay.

We did notice some drawbacks during our stay including the cleanliness of the hallways and elevators which could have been improved. Additionally, while our room was clean and comfortable, we were disappointed that there were not enough towels and linens for all three of us staying in the room.

It offers good prices.

Continental breakfast offers plenty of dishes, rooms are very clean and staff is great! West Lake is near to the hotel. Moreover, there was free WiFi!

Excellent home base for exploring Indianapolis. Helpful staff and a very clean hotel. We were upgraded to queen suite on check in.

Receptionist Nicole was a German, we had a good time and she gave us good tips for our travel plans.

They ran out of syrup at breakfast

They tried everything they could to rectify the situation. Within 10 minutes they got us a room by asking another guest to switch rooms (we were traveling with daughter and needed 2 beds). They also honored Booked.net's price quote to us of $50. less than room amount. Thanks

After a flat tire and a 6 hour drive that was supposed to take 3.5 hours; they told us they had no rooms left. We HAD a reservation #. They also said the cost was $50.00 OVER what was quoted to us.

Manager fixed tv problem immediately! Convenient to plenty of restaurants and downtown. .! Would definitely stay here again.

If you want a good night sleep look elsewhere. We read reviews before booking this for our road trip it seemed good for the cost. After traveling for 15 hours we were ready for sleep but into the wee hours of the morning we could hear the room next to us and above us.. 2-3 am still making noise. It was a long night and the beds sounded like the springs were going to pop out, very uncomfortable. Very disappointing.
